These general terms and conditions apply to bookings processed through the website www.royalphuketcity.com (hereinafter, the Website) and constitute a contract between You (hereinafter "the Client") and:
The formalization of reservations through the Website is subject to the following clauses:
1. Declarations: The Client declares:
a) That they are of legal age and have full capacity to formalize the booking contract for tourist accommodation, stating that they understand all the conditions found on the Website.
b) That the information provided when formalizing the reservation is true and complete.
c) That they confirm the reservation requested and, especially, the dates indicated and the number of people who will be staying at the chosen hotel establishment.
2. Access to the Web: Access to this Web page is the responsibility of the Client.
3.1. When booking, the services are detailed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the rate, these being given on the webpage on which the booking is requested or made. These specific terms and conditions, together with the general terms and conditions, must be accepted by you before completing the booking.
3.2. The Client accepts that Website does not assume any obligation or liability with respect to those services that it does not provide directly and in particular with regard to the lack of veracity, incompleteness, lack of updating and / or inaccuracy of the details or information about offers, prices, characteristics and any other data and relevant information about products or services from external suppliers that are advertised or could be booked through the Website. 3.4. On-line reservations: The process of formalizing online reservations follows the following steps:

4. Price and payment:
4.1. The terms and conditions, the price of the services and the accepted methods of payment, are those that are specifically determined on the page on which you make the reservation. The resulting price for the reservation will be determined in our rates. Tourist taxes are not included in the price.
The Client expressly authorizes Hotel to make the charges foreseen in the tariff’s terms and conditions, for example, you may face possible penalties for late cancellation, accepting that the payment method and details provided have been used to bring about the corresponding charges.
4.2. Unless specifically indicated to the contrary, the prices indicated on the Website are Retail Prices, VAT included. The transaction will be made in THB. The prices indicated on the screen will be those valid at any time except in the case of typographical error. When the price is different for the reason stated above, Hotel will inform the customer, via e-mail, before proceeding with the payment of the reservation.
4.3. Hotel requests in reservations, the details of the credit card of the reservation holder, through its website, in order to guarantee its effectiveness.
For security reason, when making the reservation in relation to the Non-Refundable Rate, you will only be able to pay with a VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. All of the operations that imply the transmission of personal or bank details are performed in a safe setting, a server based on standard security technology (Secure Sockets Layer). All of the information that you pass on to us is ciphered through the network.
When making a VISA or MASTERCARD payment, customers will be asked to supply the following information: the credit card number, the expiry date and a validation code, which refers to the last 3 digits printed on the back of the credit card. 5. Nullity of the clauses: If any of the clauses of the general conditions was to be declared fully or partially null or void, this would only affect this provision or the part of it that had been revoked, whilst everything else in these general conditions would remain in force and only this provision, or the relevant part of it, should be taken to have no effect.

Acceptance: Both booking requests and confirmations imply therewith full and express acceptance on your part of each and every one of the present general conditions, considered as they are to be an integral part of the booking, in conjunction with the rate conditions and the relevant applicable legislation.
